Terms of service
The rules for using Lot Helix.
The short version
- Lot Helix helps you keep track of vehicles. It is a tool, not a lawyer or an accountant.
- Fees and day counts are estimates. You are responsible for following your state and local towing, storage, notice and lien rules.
- Invoices you create are your own documents. You are responsible for their accuracy, the tax you charge, and what you may lawfully bill.
- The beta is provided as is. Back up your data.

Using Lot Helix
You may use Lot Helix to track vehicles and equipment for your own business. Keep your password and your drivers’ access codes private, and only enter information you have the right to keep. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Estimates, not advice
Day counts and dollar amounts are calculated from the rates you set. They are not invoices, legal notices or legal advice. Rules on what you may charge, when you must notify owners and when you may sell or scrap a vehicle differ by state and city. Check them before you act.
Beta
Lot Helix is a beta. Features may change or be removed, and the beta stores data on your device, so you are responsible for backing it up.
Your data
You own what you enter. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lot Helix to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to store information you have no right to hold.
No warranty
Lot Helix is provided as is, without promises that it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Thrash Digital LLC is not liable for lost data, lost revenue, or disputes that come from relying on it.
